We at Card Sharks United are glad you are visiting our site and wanting to learn more about our company! We started in 2024 when Ty Strollo and Pete Finley joined forces to create CSU. Months later the pair came into contact with Maxime Lebeau, a French-Quebecian hockey savant that has been around the sport his whole life.
Welcome to the Stro Show! Ty Strollo started off as a Breaker at Dave & Adam’s at the young age of 16. His mother used to drive him to work every Friday, 1 hour from Rochester to Buffalo. At 17, he was approached by Michael Carter-Williams and his agent, Ryan Sweeney, to join their startup Celebrities & Cardbreaks. After roughly half a year he decided to return home to Dave & Adam’s to pursue breaking and ultimately, a leadership role. When things didn’t go as planned, Ty quit to see what else he could do. That’s where he met Pete Finley, and it has been a glorious partnership ever since.
Everybody should have a Pete in their life. As the owner of Australia’s most successful outdoor festival business, Harder Styles United, Pete Finley is no stranger to success. Growing up in Australia, Pete was exposed to the Hardstyle genre at a young age and earned the moniker “Kid Finley”. He would go on to DJ many events, making a name for himself in the eyes of promotors. After some time working at Google, he set his sites on his true passion, Hardstyle music. When Pete came to visit Dave & Adam’s to pick up his items, Ty stuck up conversation between the two. Months later, calls were exchanged about how the pair could make things work. Pete is known for his kind heart and generosity, and the man lights up any room he walks into.
SCHOOOP! Max “Karen” Lebeau is a true hockey force to be reckoned with. Being the only fluent French speaker on the team, Max is integral to CSU’s success in every way imaginable. In a very similar way to how Ty and Pete met, Max put himself out there and contacted Pete. Pete instantly knew Max would be an incredible asset. Ty and Max have fostered an incredible bond, having gone to the 2024 Toronto Fall Expo together and even going to Australia to visit Pete. Max’s intense love for the sport of hockey carries into his everyday life as well, as he still plays organized hockey in Québec.
